While some people will have a natural flair for assembling beautiful, original baskets others have to work hard to learn more about the process of basket creation. Here are some tips for creating, attractive and marketable products for your customers.
Find a suitable supplier who is able to regularly supply you with quality baskets in a range of sizes. Remember though that you don’t always have to use traditional baskets and can consider other kinds of container for baskets depending on the theme. Whatever you use make sure that you don’t clutter it with too many items or under-fill it with your products as it could appear to be either messy or cheap and ‘of poor value’ when the customer receives it.
When you are creating your basket concepts put some thought into the colors of your basket items, baskets and packaging and how various combinations will work together.
Consider using shredded paper in your basket creations so that you can not only protect the breakable items but can also elevate some of them up for higher, more eye pleasing positioning in the basket.
